William is our property manager. He is responsible for the estate agency operation and advising clients on all aspects of the sale of their property, land or commercial premises.
As such he spends a lot of time studying the market in order that he can advise clients in an informed manner on the selling or buying of property. He is also responsible for our photography and the preparation of our property sales schedules in which he takes a great pride.
When we receive offers his study of the property market allows him to advise clients on how to handle negotiations in order to maximise the price achieved. As you can see William is our front line person on sales and as such he is a very busy person. So busy in fact that we can never really get him to stop long enough to get his photograph taken. Well, at least you will recognise the van!
